Role Overview As a Salesforce Application Developer you’ll design, develop, and configure custom Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements, focusing on high-quality code, scalability, and performance. You will work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
Responsibilities
Lead developers, reviewing solutions for feasibility, assisting with story point assignments, defect management, and escalations.
Take ownership of high‑quality code, scalability, and performance across the platform.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Salesforce Developer role, including proficiency in Apex, LWC components, Flows, and configurations.
Current Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ Admin.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience.
Bonus Points
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Salesforce Platform Developer 1 and/or 2.
Location and Work Arrangement This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office. Hiring locations are Chesterbrook, PA or Nashville, TN. Due to client restrictions, this role requires US citizenship.
