– Lead the adoption of advanced quality control systems and continuously improve production methods. Cost & Financial Oversight
– Evaluate operational expenses, identify areas for cost savings, and ensure efficient financial management. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
– Track key metrics to assess and improve production efficiency. Safety & Compliance Leadership
– Maintain the highest safety standards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Supplier & Vendor Relations
– Collaborate with suppliers to secure high-quality materials at competitive prices. Team Leadership & Development
– Inspire, train, and manage a team dedicated to operational excellence. Strategic Insight & Reporting
– Provide management with data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. What We’re Looking For:
Extensive Manufacturing Knowledge
– In-depth understanding of production workflows, lean manufacturing practices, and quality control systems. Proven Leadership
– Experience in leading teams, driving results, and creating a culture of continuous improvement. Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
– The ability to assess performance, identify issues, and implement effective solutions. Project Management Experience
– Expertise in managing large-scale projects and initiatives from start to finish. Financial Acumen
– Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis in an operational context. Exceptional Communication Skills
– Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with teams, leadership, and suppliers. Qualifications:
Preferred Education : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Required Experience : 10+ years in a leadership role within manufacturing operations.
