- Track key metrics to assess and improve production efficiency. Safety & Compliance Leadership
- Maintain the highest safety standards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Supplier & Vendor Relations
- Collaborate with suppliers to secure high-quality materials at competitive prices. Team Leadership & Development

Extensive Manufacturing Knowledge
- In-depth understanding of production workflows, lean manufacturing practices, and quality control systems. Proven Leadership
- Experience in leading teams, driving results, and creating a culture of continuous improvement. Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- The ability to assess performance, identify issues, and implement effective solutions. Project Management Experience
- Expertise in managing large-scale projects and initiatives from start to finish. Financial Acumen
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis in an operational context. Exceptional Communication Skills
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with teams, leadership, and suppliers. Qualifications:
Preferred Education : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Required Experience : 10+ years in a leadership role within manufacturing operations.
