Responsibilities
Own all SEC and external reporting enterprise-wide
Lead disclosure strategy with CAO/CFO and align with IR and Audit Committee
Advise leadership on regulatory trends and disclosure risk
Oversee U.S. GAAP consolidated financials
Be primary contact for external auditors on SEC matters
Ensure XBRL compliance and evolving SEC technical requirements
Manage global statutory reporting and local audit deadlines
Drive consistency across regulators, banks, and stakeholders
Lead creation of the Annual Report

Qualifications
A strong background in Accounting & Finance with expertise in the Financial Services industry.
Proven knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex financial reporting issues.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
