Market and lease apartments to maintain high occupancy Execute leases & income/asset certifications for residents Collect and process rent and security deposit payments Adhere to fair housing laws and Newbury Living processes & procedures Provide professional resident relations Qualifications
3+ years of apartment management experience preferred Must possess a valid Iowa driver’s license and vehicle insurance Must pass a background check and drug screening Preferred Qualifications
Tax Credit property management experience preferred A compassionate and patient approach when working with seniors Excellent problem-solving, verbal, written communication skills, and computer skills Skills
