JR103913Kardex is a market leader in intralogistics automation and we’re now looking for an Area Sales Manager to help shape our presence accross South West Norway.

You’ll join a committed Nordic team with strong team spirit, short decision paths, and innovative solutions. You’ll have both responsibility and freedom to drive business from the first contact to a signed agreement.**Your tasks**As an Area Sales Manager, you will find new business opportunities, build long-term customer relationships, and run the entire sales process — from needs analysis and solution design to negotiation and closing. You’ll work closely with internal specialists in technology, product, and project management to create customer value at every step.You will also:* Focus on new customers (e.g., healthcare and 3PL).* Manage and grow your own accounts.* Create solutions and quotations together with our internal team.* Represent Kardex at customer meetings, events, and trade fairs.You have B2B field sales experience and are used to working with technical, larger deals and longer sales cycles.
