from needs analysis and solution design to negotiation and closing. Youll work closely with internal specialists in technology, product, and project management to create customer value at every step./ppYou will also:/pulliFocus on new customers (e.g., healthcare and 3PL)./liliManage and grow your own accounts./liliCreate solutions and quotations together with our internal team./liliRepresent Kardex at customer meetings, events, and trade fairs./li/ulpYou have B2B field sales experience and are used to working with technical, larger deals and longer sales cycles. Youre self-driven, relationship-oriented, and like to own the process from first contact to closed deal./ppYou likely bring:/pulliCommercial mindset and well-trained sales representatives with solid technical understanding./liliExperience with CRM (Salesforce or similar)./liliThe ability to listen, analyze and challenge customer needs constructively./liliNorwegian fluency (spoken
