You will leverage your knowledge of the healthcare industry to create the go-to-market strategy for new B2B services, expand the pipeline of new opportunities with internal and external clients, and ensure strong operating model alignment for the organization to effectively deliver results.The ideal candidate for this role is an excellent storyteller who can create simplicity by converting complex or ambiguous concepts into compelling, simple, and actionable recommendations, serving as a key thought partner for cross-functional leaders. This role is a great fit for someone who likes to think outside the box and challenge the status quo, and is highly entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and adaptable in nature.**Primary Responsibilities:*** Stimulating strategic thinking in support of business direction, with an eye toward future value and proactive risk assessment and mitigation* Influencing key stake holders across the enterprise through storyboarding and creating presentations to gain critical thought and consensus around key strategic opportunities and path forward* Conducting market research and business analysis to support the development and refinement of business cases* Leading formulation, preparation, and communication of strategic and operational business plans* Presenting insights and recommendations to influence prioritization and decision-making across partner teams* Leading and developing a small team of colleagues, fostering a growth mindset and a culture of high performance**Preferred Experience and Competencies:*** Deep understanding of the pharmacy business and healthcare market, with working knowledge of health plans, payers, and pharma* Ability to manage stakeholders and influence senior leadership, prioritizing alignment and collaboration in a matrixed environment* Skill at managing through competing priorities, ambiguity, and a dynamic, fast-paced environment* Experience building and evaluating financial models and business cases* Proficiency in PowerPoint, with demonstrated ability to craft a compelling narrative, logically frame a presentation, and successfully facilitate live discussion* Track record of building high-performing teams and developing future leaders* Experience with B2B initiatives preferred**Required Qualifications:*** 8+ years of experience in pharmacy/healthcare strategy, management consulting, product development, or a related field* Bachelor’s degree required**Pay Range**The typical pay range for this role is:$100,000.00 - $231,540.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
