to lead it. This role offers
full market ownership , meaningful leadership responsibility, and the backing of a proven national platform. The Director of Sales Operations will play a critical role in building regional presence, scaling revenue, and developing a high-performing sales team. The Opportunity
You will be responsible for
opening and leading a new market , setting the commercial strategy, and building a team of Account Executives who execute at a high level. This position is ideal for an experienced energy professional ready to step into broader leadership with long-term growth potential. What You’ll Do
Lead the launch and growth of Inertia’s
Philadelphia
market Build, mentor, and manage a team of Account Executives Drive new business development and oversee key client relationships Establish sales processes, performance expectations, and operating rhythm Own regional forecasting, revenue targets, and execution Partner with executive leadership on expansion strategy What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in the energy industry Proven success as an
energy broker Prior
sales or people leadership
experience Track record of growing revenue and developing talent Strong business judgment, accountability, and ownership mindset Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $75,000–$125,000 , depending on experience Performance-based commissions and incentives - unlimited upside! Healthcare benefits and 401(k) Best-in-class brokerage tools, CRM, and operational support Clear path for continued leadership growth About Inertia Resources
