The Content Creator is responsible for executing high-quality, on-brand content across social and digital channels to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and ongoing promotional initiatives within our health and beauty care brands. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a creative professional who can take direction, work efficiently, and deliver consistent content aligned with brand guidelines and marketing priorities. This role does not own brand strategy; success is driven by strong execution, reliability, and cross-collaboration with other departments.

Responsibilities

  • Write, shoot, produce, and edit videos, photography, graphics, audio, and light copy to support marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and ongoing content needs.
  • Execute content based on creative briefs, timelines, and direction provided by marketing leadership and Brand Managers, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, tone, and visual standards.
  • Produce content optimized for social and digital platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels, supporting both always-on and campaign-driven initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, brand, sales, and design teams to support brand marketing objectives and ensure timely delivery of content assets.
  • Support product launches, seasonal initiatives, retail-driven campaigns, and select live or experiential events by planning and executing required content.
  • Assist with video and audio ad content, including support for KPI tracking, analytics, and performance optimization.
  • Translate brand messaging and storytelling into engaging social content that drives reach, engagement, and community growth.
  • Maintain awareness of social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices, while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Organize, label, and maintain content files to ensure assets and libraries are accurate, accessible, and up to date.
  • Apply feedback efficiently, manage revisions, communicate clearly around timelines and deliverables, and perform other duties as requested by management.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • 2–4 years of experience in content creation, social media, advertising, or digital marketing.
  • Proven experience creating content for CPG, beauty, grooming, textured haircare, or lifestyle brands; portfolio required.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% during peak times.
  • Strong execution skills with attention to detail, quality, and follow-through.
  • Proficiency in short-form video creation, basic editing, and visual storytelling aligned to brand standards.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting product launches, promotions, and campaign-driven content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear communication skills, responsiveness to feedback, and collaborative working style.
  • Understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and emerging digital trends.
  • Critical thinker with problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to adapt to change in a fast-moving environment.
