Essential duties and responsibilities :
Meets with prospective tenants and records information to ascertain needs and qualifications.
Assists prospects in viewing model apartments and discusses size and layout of rooms, available facilities (e.g., swimming pool and saunas), location of shopping centers, services available, and lease terms.
Completes lease forms or agreements, ensuring resident files are accurate and maintained securely. Collects rental deposits, copies for the file, and routes to the leasing manager or property director to record.
Keeps track of the approval process for each lease by contacting previous landlords, employers, etc., and communicates with the future resident about progress and what is still needed by move-in.
Answers incoming phone calls and handles each accordingly.
Compiles listings of available units for rent and, using company marketing materials, creates advertisements reflecting current market pricing daily.
Represents the company in a professional manner at all times.
Addresses resident concerns and requests in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction with management.
Assists in distributing community-issued notices (e.g., bad weather, emergencies).
Walks the grounds and available units regularly to communicate inventory to prospects.
Upholds community policies consistently.
All other duties as assigned.
Interest in being part of a Top 100 Companies to Work For in Arizona.
Confident and motivated by interacting with customers while helping with their housing needs.
Strong communication, influencing, and time-management skills.
Enjoys being part of a team.
Previous retail and/or customer service experience is preferred.
Availability and flexibility to work weekends.
