Position is 4 remote and 1 day in office with flexibility to be 100% remote when there are no in office obligations. Responsibilities: Support commercial real estate transactions from due diligence through closing, including title, survey, lease review, and multi-site/multi-state closings. Review and analyze title, survey, and financing issues; prepare summaries, objections, responses, and closing instructions. Draft and manage transaction documents such as leases, SNDAs, estoppels, loan documents, UCC filings, and entity-related materials. Coordinate closings by tracking timelines, managing signatures, working with escrow and title companies, and preparing closing binders. Oversee post-closing activities, including collection, organization, and distribution of transaction documentation. Manage multiple matters simultaneously, leverage technology to improve efficiency, and assist with training and administrative support as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program (or equivalent) required. 5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience, including extensive title and survey work, strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of legal procedures, real estate documents, and municipal/governmental processes. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize workload, and proofread accurately. Professional, reliable communicator with advanced proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and database systems. Salary:

Up to 160K, may be flexible depending on experience.
