We are seeking a detail-oriented

Sales Commissions Analyst Consultant

to support sales compensation operations during a short-term engagement. This role will be responsible for sales commission calculations, reporting, and handling commission-related inquiries. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with sales commissions and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities

Calculate and validate sales commissions in accordance with established compensation plans Prepare and deliver accurate commission reports on a recurring basis Research and resolve sales commission inquiries from sales teams and stakeholders Support month-end and quarter-end commission processes Maintain data accuracy and integrity across commission systems Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to address discrepancies and process improvements Required Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in

Sales Commissions

or Sales Compensation analysis Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a hybrid environment Solid Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, data analysis) Preferred Qualifications

Experience with

Xactly

(highly preferred) Familiarity with

Salesforce

(plus) Prior contract or consulting experience is a plus Work Schedule

Hybrid role based in

Santa Clara, CA Onsite

Tuesday through Thursday , remote Monday and Friday
