About Our Company We are a privately-held independent fastener distribution company that provides Class 'C' items, safety equipment (PPE), kits and assemblies, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Programs, and other supplies used in a wide range of industries. Our goal is to provide products and services that meet our customers' needs in a timely fashion with the highest level of quality and value.
Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Establish relationships with customers that will garner additional business
Ensure customer quotes and orders are entered accurately and in a timely fashion
Assist customers with finding solutions to address their needs
Support Field Sales Representatives
Educate customers on company products, services, and capabilities
Establish and maintain vendor relationships
Qualification Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Positive and strong work ethic
High attention to detail
Creativity and a desire to WORK HARD and HAVE FUN
Entrepreneurial, aggressive and dedicated achiever
The Following Experience Is a Plus But Not Required
Prior technical sales or customer service experience
Knowledge of fasteners
Epicor P21 experience
An associate, technical or bachelor degree
