Job description Great opportunity to join the semiconductor industry! We are a Silicon Valley company that uses chemistry in a clean room environment to support the development of manufacturing in the semiconductor industry. We are also a part of a plubicly listed company with multiple entities on the West Coast and so there is plenty of growth opportunity both within our company and in our group.

Key Responsibilities

Works with customers to track the status of their orders and manages expectations

Collects feedback and makes recommendations for improvement

Provide quote and reports to customers.

Work with internal team to drive issues to resolutions.

Maestro of online systems and processes, building data to guide good decisions

Additional duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

Prefer you to have associate or bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of fast paced detailed people servicing experience

Must have demonstrated ability in following instructions, be highly detail oriented and have excellent communication skills

Must have pride in his or her work, be self driven and have a keen quality orientation

A working knowledge of chemistry and clean room environment is a plus

Interaction with Other Employees

Works hand-in-hand with the shipping and receiving, day to day interaction with production employees

Enpro carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors including thebackground, education, training,and experience required, as well as geographicconsiderations such as cost of labor, and applicable local andstate laws. These considerations can cause offered compensation to vary. The hiring range for this position istypically $26.00 - $28.00 per hour.
