Responsibilities
Handle customer requests through email and phone, ensuring optimal customer service
Monitor processes for client information verification and maintain the internal database
Collaborate with sales agents to resolve complex issues efficiently
Develop and improve various insurance processes while managing carrier communications
Maintain detailed records for all policyholders, including processing cancellations and reinstatements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
1-3 years of insurance experience, preferably in home and auto insurance
Proficiency in using GSuites is preferred
Ability to work independently and stay focused with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications
Proven track record of being a fast learner
Experience in proactively developing and executing new ideas
Excellent collaborative skills and a team-oriented approach
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly
