Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, showcasing properties, conducting property market analysis, negotiating contracts, and guiding clients through the sales or rental process. Qualifications
Must possess a valid Real Estate License
Strong skills in Real Estate, including buying, selling, and evaluating properties
Experience in Customer Service and Sales, with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship building
Knowledge of Real Property laws and regulations, as well as market trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in real estate is a plus
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve sales targets
