Strong Customer Service and client relationship management experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently while supporting a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of the Rochester, NY real estate market is preferred.
Proficiency in using real estate software and digital tools is a plus.
