Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rome, NY, for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, with an emphasis on understanding client needs and delivering outstanding service. Daily tasks include managing property listings, conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, providing market insights, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role requires excellent communication and the ability to work closely with both clients and team members.

Qualifications

Possession of a valid Real Estate License

Expertise in Real Estate, Real Property, and Sales

Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships

Proven ability to meet sales targets and effectively navigate the real estate market

Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in real estate software and digital tools is a plus

Knowledge of the local Rome, NY real estate market is highly valued
