Role Description This is a hybrid Real Estate Agent role that requires both in-person and remote work based in Ocala, FL. Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the process. This role involves property showings, market analysis, client communication, and negotiating contracts to help clients achieve their real estate goals.
Qualifications
Valid Real Estate License and knowledge of real estate principles and practices
Proven skills in Real Estate transactions, Sales, and Real Property management
Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
Effective negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
Familiarity with Central Florida real estate markets preferred
Proficiency in using real estate and property management software is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in real estate are advantageous
