Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences, scheduling property showings, and negotiating transactions. You will also be responsible for guiding clients through the entire purchasing or selling process, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience. Qualifications
Active Real Estate License is required. Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property concepts and principles. Strong Customer Service and Sales skills for building and maintaining client relationships. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with the Greater St. Louis real estate market is a plus. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously. Proficient with real estate software and online listing platforms.
