We are looking for a results-driven GTM Engineer to own and execute high-impact sales campaigns end-to-end. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize automated pipelines that directly drive revenue, using a combination of AI tools, no-code platforms, and creative experimentation. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, fully remote environment alongside a small, nimble team, translating sales goals into measurable campaigns and scalable solutions. This position blends technical expertise with marketing and growth strategy, offering the opportunity to experiment, iterate rapidly, and create repeatable sales flywheels. Strong collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and a relentless focus on pipeline impact are key to success.

Accountabilities

Own the end-to-end creation, deployment, and optimization of AI-enabled sales campaigns.

Build 4 campaigns or experiments per month, meeting or exceeding pipeline targets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, copywriting, and lifecycle marketing, to deliver cohesive campaigns.

Experiment with web trials, demo pages, and AI-assisted tools to increase conversion and pipeline velocity.

Partner with data engineers and RevOps to ensure accurate campaign-level reporting and insights.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and optimize GTM tech solutions and automation workflows.

Maintain proactive communication, share learnings, and iterate continuously on campaign performance.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in marketing, demand generation, growth engineering, or sales enablement roles.

Hands-on experience building campaigns that directly impact sales pipeline.

Expertise in AI-powered automation and tools such as Clay, Relevance, N8N, CustomGPTs, or similar.

Strong understanding of sales funnels, core metrics, and pipeline-driven reporting.

Platform-agnostic problem solver, able to learn and implement new tools rapidly.

Excellent collaboration and async communication skills.

CEFR C2 / ILR 5 English proficiency.

Startup DNA: self-starter, egoless, and comfortable in a fast-growth environment.

Bonus

Previous experience in a GTME or similar hybrid technical-marketing role.

B2B SaaS or creator economy industry experience.

Direct experience partnering with sales teams to optimize the funnel.

Proven track record of reporting on and achieving campaign-driven pipeline targets.
