
Responsibilities
As a
Sales Engineer
you will cover everything from lead generation to closing deals and upselling, generating and overseeing the full-cycle sales. You will be the key interface between our customers and technical team, ensuring the deployment of our robotics solution and its success. This role requires a strong combination of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and project management skills. It is a demanding but highly rewarding role, as it provides full ownership over the sales process and has a direct influence over revenue generation.
To Achieve This Goal, You Will
Identify and engage with high-potential prospects, driving the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met, while proposing strategies to improve sales outcomes.
Lead the optimization of CRM processes and ensure that all interactions with prospects and clients are documented effectively, providing insights for future improvements.
Meet with prospects and clients regularly to establish long-term relationships and tailor solutions that meet their business needs.
Prepare presentations and tailored materials to support client meetings and pitches.
Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events across Europe, building a strong network and identifying potential business opportunities.
Required Skills
3+ years selling robotics, computer vision, machine building, or advanced manufacturing solutions to large industrial accounts is a must.
Ability and willingness to travel extensively
Strong project management capabilities and hands‑on understanding of robotics/computer
Proven track record with examples of successful sales/project deployments in manufacturing or robotics
Deep familiarity with 3D vision, computer vision, or industrial automation is strongly preferred.
