Senior Tax Analyst – Indirect Tax (Hybrid)
Hybrid Schedule:
Monday–Wednesday in office | Thursday–Friday WFH
We’re seeking a
Senior Tax Analyst
with strong experience in
indirect state and local taxes
to support monthly transactional tax filings. This role partners closely with finance and reports directly to the Global Indirect Tax Manager. It’s a great opportunity for a detail‑oriented tax professional looking to make an impact in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit monthly transactional state and local tax filings
Ensure compliance with multi‑state tax laws and regulations
Collaborate with finance and cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate and timely filings
Support tax audits and respond to inquiries from taxing authorities
Analyze large data sets to identify discrepancies and potential tax savings opportunities
Assist in developing and improving tax processes and strategies to minimize liabilities
Stay current on changes in indirect tax laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Accounting)
3–5 years of overall tax experience (must have)
Senior‑level understanding of indirect state and local tax laws (must have)
Strong accounting foundation and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Comfortable working under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
