Job Description:

Job Summary The Real Estate Administrator is responsible for assisting in managing the real estate portfolio and supporting other team members in Corporate Development. The role focuses on managing real estate and leasing activities, coordinating with landlords and internal teams, documenting and processing lease related decisions, tracking renewals, relocations, and closures, and maintaining accurate lease data.

Key Job Responsibilities

Coordinate lease related activity across Real Estate, Corporate Development, Legal, Operations, Fixed Assets, and Decision Support teams.

Serve as primary point of contact for field operations, utilities, and facilities teams regarding lease terms, deadlines, and renewals.

Coordinate with landlords and vendor partners on lease matters, insurance requirements, tenant improvements, and RET appeals and payments.

Review and process lease-related legal documents, maintain accurate lease data, manage department mail, and support administrative needs as required.

Manage and administer the real estate lease portfolio, including renewals, relocations, closures, ROFRs, defaults, payments, and critical dates.

Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred.

3-5 years of experience in multi-site real estate management

Proficient in Google Workspace & Microsoft Office

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with commercial lease structures and facilities operations.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Other Requirements Travel, physical requirements, etc.

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Compensation Details:

$70,000 - $90,000 / Year

Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.

Supplemental Pay:

This position may also be eligible for Bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives.
