What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Maintain and update lease administration and portfolio data, organizing digital lease files and supporting documents
Track critical lease dates and obligations, providing proactive reminders and status updates
Support renewals, amendments, relocations, and closures by coordinating with internal stakeholders and third-party partners
Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting on portfolio status and support audit documentation requests
Serve as the internal point of contact regarding facility-related inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, finance, facilities management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in lease administration, corporate real estate, or facilities coordination
Working knowledge of commercial lease concepts and ability to maintain accurate records
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management tools
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in corporate real estate or related operations roles
Familiarity with invoice processing, budgeting, and reconciliation
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
Clear communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal and external partners
