I am looking to bring on an additional full-time Customer Service Rep at my Farm Bureau insurance office here in Rockford. This role is a mix of helping clients, running quotes, and light sales — no cold calling or pushy sales stuff. Just taking great care of people and helping them make sure they’re properly covered. Helping clients with policy questions, payments, and changes Running auto & home insurance quotes Assisting with claims when needed Spotting chances to help clients improve their coverage Qualifications
