
The Super User Coordinator, Epic Training serves as the primary liaison between super users, the Epic training team, and system analysts to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the Epic enterprise system. This role is responsible for recruiting, training, and supporting a network of super users who act as subject matter experts within their respective departments. The Coordinator will develop communication strategies, facilitate knowledge sharing, and monitor engagement to drive system proficiency and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities will include Super User Program management, training and support, communication and engagement, change readiness, and metrics and reporting. The Coordinator is responsible for assisting with administration and planning; super user engagement; and long‑term training coordination and leadership. This role will assist with communicating training policies and procedures across the organization, coordinating super user role analysis, determining the number needed for enterprise‑wide need. Coordinating all classroom and equipment aspects of Epic‑led virtual training for super users.

Experience with project management and marketing and communications
Strong organizational and coordination skills; ability to sequence activities logically
Ability to develop and adhere to schedules in order to meet project deadlines
Interpersonal skills to function well in administrative, management, and patient care environments
Ability to work effectively with staff that have a wide range of seniority
Excellent knowledge of English grammar and spelling for use in both verbal and written communication
Ability to use PC‑based word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
Required Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience working in an EHR analyst, trainer, or manager role
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree or a license/certification in a clinical specialty
Minimum 4 years of experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma
Minimum 2 years of management experience
Existing knowledge of organizational culture, personnel, and processes
Prior Epic experience
