Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in the buying, selling, and renting of properties, conducting market research to provide accurate property evaluations, and delivering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and presenting property listings, negotiating deals, guiding clients through the legal documentation process, and building and maintaining client relationships.
Qualifications
Possession of a valid Real Estate License
Expertise in Real Estate processes, including buying, selling, and evaluating residential and commercial properties
Strong Customer Service and Sales skills, with an ability to engage clients and close deals
Knowledge and experience with Real Property laws, regulations, and market trends
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
Proficiency in using real estate software and marketing tools is a plus
Previous experience in the real estate industry is advantageous
