Current and valid Real Estate License Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property principles and practices Strong Customer Service and Sales skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders Excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management skills Familiarity with online property platforms and real estate technology is an advantage Willingness to work remotely and independently while meeting team objectives
