Agents will also research market trends, provide strategic advice to clients, and ensure property transactions are seamless from start to finish. Qualifications
Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills Proficiency in market research, property valuation, and sales strategy development Organizational, time-management, and multitasking capabilities Knowledge of local real estate market and regulatory requirements Proficiency in using real estate technology tools and platforms Proven ability to work independently with a proactive approach Real estate license for the state of Texas required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
