
What You’ll Do
Full‑Cycle Recruiting:
Source, interview, and place top Finance & Accounting talent (Staff Accountant → Controller/CFO). Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build long‑term client partnerships. Client Management:
Manage ongoing client relationships, gather hiring requirements, provide market insights, and ensure high‑quality service delivery. Candidate Strategy:
Build strong pipelines through sourcing, outreach, networking, and referrals. Offer & Negotiations:
Manage the offer process, compensation discussions, and placement closeouts. ATS & Workflow:
Maintain accurate documentation and manage multiple searches in a fast‑paced environment. Collaboration:
Work closely with leadership and internal teams to support growth initiatives and hiring objectives. What We’re Looking For
1–3+ years of recruiting experience (agency or internal). Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting roles. Confident relationship builder with excellent communication skills. Self‑motivated, resourceful, and excited to impact hiring outcomes. Why Join
