Position Overview
What You’ll Do
Partner closely with customers and internal stakeholders to manage and collect outstanding receivables
Monitor accounts and evaluate orders placed on credit hold
Investigate and help resolve invoice discrepancies and payment disputes
Respond to customer requests for billing and payment documentation
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to address delinquent account concerns and minimize risk
What We’re Looking For
At least 1+ year of experience in credit and collections within a B2B or trade credit environment
Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Get Paid, JDE, Infor, M3, or similar platforms
Ability to evaluate credit risk and make sound decisions in moderately complex situations
