Personal & Executive Assistant

to support the Founder & CEO. This role requires a high level of maturity, confidence, and discretion, as the Assistant will serve as a trusted gatekeeper and true extension of the CEO. Job Description

Executive Support

Own and manage the founder’s calendar with full authority, based on defined priorities and rules Gatekeep meetings, requests, and interruptions; decline, reschedule, or delegate without escalation Manage inbox and act as a buffer against unnecessary communication Prepare the founder for meetings, decisions, deadlines, and travel Anticipate needs before they become requests and resolve issues proactively Act as a trusted extension of the founder, protecting focus, time, and energy Personal & Family Support

Manage end-to-end personal and household logistics with discretion and accountability Oversee household vendors, services, repairs, and maintenance Schedule and manage home, personal, medical, and wellness appointments Handle grocery ordering and household provisioning Manage vehicle logistics, including fueling, servicing, and detailing Coordinate personal and family travel, recovery time, and transitions Manage child and school-related logistics, including calendars, after-school activities, pickups as needed, and childcare coverage Ensure smooth coordination between work, home, and school days Please submit your resume to apply!
