We are seeking a high-caliber

Construction Superintendent

to spearhead field operations for landmark commercial, multifamily, and hospitality projects across the Greater St. Louis area. This role is designed for a local leader who understands the St. Louis construction landscape and can drive large-scale builds (from high-rise luxury apartments to boutique hospitality spaces) to successful completion. Key Responsibilities

On-Site Project Leadership:

Direct all phases of construction for major St. Louis developments, ensuring architectural and engineering specifications are met with precision. Trade Coordination:

Manage and mentor subcontractors and local trade crews, fostering a productive job site environment while maintaining strict quality control. Schedule & Logistics Management:

Develop and maintain rigorous project schedules, coordinating material deliveries and equipment logistics to ensure no downtime. Safety & Compliance:

Enforce uncompromising safety protocols (OSHA) and ensure all work meets or exceeds St. Louis City/County building codes and regulatory standards. Stakeholder Communication:

Act as the primary on-site liaison for Project Managers, architects, engineers, and clients, providing transparent progress updates and reporting. Proactive Problem Solving:

Conduct daily site inspections to identify potential bottlenecks and implement immediate, effective field solutions. Qualifications

Experience:

4+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a proven track record in

commercial, multifamily, or hospitality

sectors. Project Profile:

Specific experience with high-rise structures, hotels, large-scale apartment complexes, or retail builds is highly preferred. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in construction management software (e.g.,

Procore , MS Project, or Bluebeam). Soft Skills:

Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage the fast-paced demands of high-density urban construction.
