We are seeking an experienced
Construction Superintendent
to oversee
ground-up commercial construction projects
throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. This role is responsible for leading all on-site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day
jobsite operations
for ground-up commercial projects Coordinate subcontractors, trade sequencing, inspections, and deliveries Maintain and drive the project schedule in collaboration with the Project Manager Enforce site safety programs and conduct regular safety meetings Ensure construction activities meet plans, specifications, and quality standards Oversee site logistics, manpower, and equipment Lead daily huddles and weekly subcontractor coordination meetings Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and as-built documentation Proactively identify and resolve field issues to prevent delays or rework Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a
Superintendent
in commercial construction Proven experience on
ground-up commercial projects Experience with one or more of the following: office, industrial, retail, healthcare, hospitality, education, or mixed-use Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schedules Experience with Procore or similar construction management software preferred OSHA 30 certification preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
