We are seeking an experienced
Superintendent
to lead
ground-up commercial construction projects
throughout the San Antonio area. This role is responsible for daily on-site operations, safety, schedule adherence, and quality control from mobilization through project closeout.

Key Responsibilities Oversee all
on-site construction activities
for ground-up commercial projects Maintain project schedule and coordinate subcontractor sequencing Enforce jobsite safety programs and conduct regular safety meetings Ensure work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and site logistics Lead daily huddles and weekly subcontractor meetings Work closely with the Project Manager to track progress, resolve issues, and manage changes Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation
Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a
Superintendent
on commercial construction projects Proven experience with
ground-up commercial construction
(office, retail, industrial, healthcare, xsgimln hospitality, education, or similar) Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schedules Experience with safety compliance and QA/QC processes Proficiency with Procore or similar field management software preferred OSHA 30 certification preferred Strong leadership and communication skills
