Construction Superintendent- Senior Living

Superintendent – Ground-Up Senior Living College Station, TX We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the ground-up construction of a senior living project in College Station, Texas. Key Responsibilities: Lead all on-site operations from project start through closeout on a ground-up senior living development Develop, manage, and drive the master construction schedule, including short-interval planning Coordinate and supervise all subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel Ensure strict adherence to project plans, specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements Conduct daily site walks and weekly coordination meetings with trade partners Enforce site safety programs and maintain a clean, organized jobsite Coordinate inspections with local authorities and ensure timely approvals Work closely with the Project Manager on procurement, sequencing, and cost control Review shop drawings, RFIs, and field changes; assist in resolving constructability issues Track progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective action plans Manage punch list completion and oversee project closeout activities Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and progress photos Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for ownership, architects, and inspectors Requirements: Minimum 6 years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects Direct experience delivering senior living, multifamily, or similar residential-style developments Proven history of strong tenure and project completion with previous employers Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple trades in an active ground-up environment What's Offered: Long-term project with a reputable General Contractor Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to lead a high-profile ground-up senior living project in College Station If you're a Superintendent with a strong background in ground-up senior living or multifamily construction and are looking for your next project in College Station, we'd love to hear from you.
