Responsibilities
In-Person Position, Monday through Friday Provide exceptional customer experience while creating estimates and coordinating repair needs Assess vehicle damage and document repairs and parts on the damage appraisal Communicate with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process Ensure alignment with team to achieve the repair facility\'s KPIs Document all customer interactions accurately and update with pertinent details Guide customers through the repair process with accurate, timely information Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Way standards Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members Maintain positive customer engagement in person and by phone Understand required insurance programs and procedures Participate in daily production walks with Management Support team members as needed Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings (as required) Attend trainings and workshops recommended by Store Manager Maintain store KPIs through effective performance Uphold the company\'s Core Values: Honesty, Integrity & Respect
Education and/or Experience
Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines High School Diploma or equivalent Awareness of where to look for answers Basic computer skills Compliance for DRP\'s; minimum of 1 year experience Must be willing to complete I-CAR training Valid driver\'s license
