We are a growing fire alarm inspection & service company serving the apartment world in Central Texas. Safety, reliability, and excellent customer service are at the core of what we do. We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers and to support our field and office teams. This will be a temp-to-hire role. Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Greet customers and visitors Manage emails, voicemails, and service requests Save PDF inspection reports to shared server Assist with general administrative tasks as needed Maintain cleanliness of communal office areas
