We are a growing fire alarm inspection & service company serving the apartment world in Central Texas. Safety, reliability, and excellent customer service are at the core of what we do. We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers and to support our field and office teams. This will be a temp-to-hire role.
Job duties include: -Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner -Greet customers and visitors
-Manage emails, voicemails, and service requests -Save PDF inspection reports to shared server -Assist with general administrative tasks as needed -Maintain cleanliness of communal office areas
