In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, offering them our range of insurance products, and securing sales to ensure their coverage needs are met. You will excel at building relationships, understanding client needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products and plans.
Present and explain our insurance offerings to clients via meetings, webinars, and phone calls.
Process documentation for new applications and update existing policy records.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
Qualifications
Proven experience in insurance sales or similar field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal capabilities.
Ability to work independently and manage your own client base.
Base Salary - $21-$29 / hour
