Role Description We are seeking a full-time Assistant Property Manager for an on-site role based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Assistant Property Manager will assist in daily operations, including managing tenant relations, handling leasing and marketing strategies, processing rent payments, and coordinating service requests. They will also help oversee property inspections, maintain compliance with property regulations, support property renovations, and assist with financial documentation and reporting. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth running of property management operations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in tenant relations, rent collections, and lease administration

Knowledge of property management operations, including property inspections and compliance

Familiarity with leasing and marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and tenant satisfaction

Strong skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and property management software systems

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment

Prior experience in property management or real estate is highly desirable

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred

A valid Texas real estate license or willingness to obtain one is a plus
