Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Commercial Lines Account Manager
to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of commercial property and casualty accounts, providing exceptional service to clients, and supporting producers in delivering tailored insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines, excellent communication skills, and a client‑focused approach.
Compensation Package
Salary Range:
$75,000 - $100,000 annually + commissions

Responsibilities
Manage a book of commercial property and casualty accounts, ranging from smaller accounts to larger accounts up to $300,000.
Handle daily servicing tasks, including renewals, certificates of insurance (COIs), endorsements, policy changes, and auto changes.
Collaborate with producers to prepare and deliver client presentations.
Quote and market new and renewal business, including remarketing efforts.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and addressing client inquiries.
Support producers in client meetings as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licensure:
Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
A proven track record of consistent job tenure in previous roles is required.
Industry Knowledge:
Generalist experience across industries such as construction, manufacturing, law, home healthcare, real estate, and habitational properties.
No experience required in trucking, medical malpractice, or car dealerships.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with AMS360 software is preferred but not required.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, organizational, and client service skills.
