Salary:
$50,000 - $65,000 annually (commensurate with experience) 401(k):

Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, handling all aspects of servicing from A-Z. Quote new and renewal business as required. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction. Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation. Participate in training sessions and team meetings as needed. Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Certifications:
Property and Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines account management (2-5 years preferred). Proficiency in EPIC software is highly desirable. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. A proactive and driven approach to work, with a focus on delivering results.
