
Business Analyst- Technology & Enterprise Systems

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Project & Implementation Support
Support enterprise technology implementations and enhancements (ERP and other core systems)
Participate directly in system configuration, data setup, testing, and go‑live activities
Coordinate with vendors and implementation partners throughout project lifecycles
Assist with cutover planning and post‑go‑live stabilization
2. Business & Systems Analysis
Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements
Translate operational workflows into system and integration requirements
Create process flows, current/future state maps, and gap analyses
Support prioritization of work based on business impact and readiness
Partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT stakeholders
3. Operational Understanding & Change Enablement
Develop strong understanding of café, kitchen, bakery, or commissary workflows
Support change management, training readiness, and adoption efforts
Ensure solutions align with how teams actually operate, not just theoretical models
4. Testing & Quality Assurance
Develop and execute test plans and test cases
Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
Validate data accuracy, integrations, and end‑to‑end workflows
Track, triage, and help resolve defects and issues
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Required
3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
Experience supporting operations‑focused or enterprise systems
Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
Comfortable working hands‑on during implementations and go‑lives
Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills
Preferred
ERP implementation experience (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Sage, etc.)
Experience in food service, hospitality, retail, or manufacturing environments
Exposure to inventory, recipe, production, or POS systems (e.g., Toast, Crunchtime)
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models
