
Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy Lead

We are looking for a **Go****‑****to****‑****Market (GTM) Strategy Lead** to drive HP’s most critical commercial strategy initiatives. This role requires a seasoned strategy leader with strong first‑principles thinking, advanced AI‑driven analytical capabilities, deep GTM expertise, and the ability to lead and influence at the executive level. You will own the development of multi‑year GTM strategies, guide cross‑functional transformation, and accelerate HP’s commercial performance across regions, segments, and routes to market. This is an ideal role for a leader who thrives in highly dynamic environments, enjoys solving complex global problems, and wants to make a material impact on HP’s growth trajectory. You will shape what we sell, how we sell, where we sell, and to whom we sell — and drive the execution needed to make it real. 10+ years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, Product, or Commercial leadership roles. Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence executives at the highest levels. Knowledge of B2B enterprise and B2C hardware businesses, channel/partner models, and hardware market dynamics. High ownership, curiosity, structured problem-solving, and strong program management skills. In this role, you will shape HP’s GTM vision and directly influence HP’s global commercial trajectory.
