In this role, you will be responsible for creating, coordinating, and executing listing marketing assets while closely following client-defined processes and timelines. As we say around here, LET'S GROW!* Create and produce listing marketing assets, including social media graphics, property flyers, ActivePipe emails, feature sheets, brochures, and Just Listed postcards* Manage end-to-end execution of the Concierge Listing Launch Program for both Coming Soon and Active listings in the state of Florida* Insert property photos and listing descriptions into premade templates, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy* Develop complete marketing packages and submit all materials to advisors for proofing and written approval* Place print and marketing orders in My Marketing Matters upon advisor approval and track project numbers* Coordinate with the Communications team through the dedicated Microsoft Teams channel for order approvals* Oversee brochure production and shipping timelines, including standard 2nd Day Air delivery and optional expedited shipping requests* Ensure Just Listed postcards are created within one business day once the property goes live* Maintain accuracy, brand compliance, and quality across all marketing materials* Track timelines and follow up with advisors to ensure on-time approvals and delivery* Perform quality control and proof all completed templates, checking for errors in addresses, prices, and content flow* Communicate with team members to resolve any inconsistencies or mistakes in completed marketing packages* Manage multiple listings simultaneously while meeting established turnaround times* Perform ad hoc marketing and administrative tasks as assigned* Work as part of a three-person marketing team, including two Listing Marketing Specialists and one Quality Control / Proofing Specialist* Create packages of marketing materials for new listings in Florida, including Flyers, Brochures, Postcards, Listing Sheets, and Social Media posts.* Support team members by ensuring all templates are accurate and flow correctly, communicating any discrepancies clearly* **Language Proficiency:** Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.* **Working schedule:** Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.* **Technical Skills**:
+ Proficient with Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
+ Proficient with Canva, ChatGPT, MyMarketing Matters, and ActivePipe (preferred).
