Marketing Coordinator - Hilton Irvine Orange County Airport (HOT0C95G). This role supports two properties: the Hilton Irvine/Orange County Airport and Embassy Suites Anaheim/Orange, contributing to the marketing presence and guest experience for two standout Orange County hotels.

Classification and Schedule
Classification: Full-Time
Shift: Monday–Friday. Travel for training and work in-office at Hilton Irvine Orange County (18800 MacArthur Blvd., Irvine, CA 92612) and Embassy Suites Anaheim/Orange (400 N. State College Blvd., Orange, CA 92868)
Compensation Pay rate: $28.00–$32.00 per hour, based on experience and location.

Proficiency in graphic design and Adobe Suite (Photoshop) and Canva
What will I be doing? As a Marketing Coordinator, you will perform essential functions to support both Hilton Irvine/Orange County Airport and Embassy Suites Anaheim/Orange:
Content & Asset Management: manage, execute, and audit marketing assets, collateral, website, 3rd party sites, social media, digital and traditional advertising; coordinate photo/video shoots.
On-Property Experiences: assist with hotel programming, activations and partnerships.
Digital Marketing: assist with creation and execution of digital media aligned to the marketing calendar.
Social Media: post and maintain channels; ensure assets are provided to 3rd party sites on time.
Public Relations Support: coordinate media visits, itineraries, property tours and media kits.
Additional Tactical Support: provide project-based marketing support to execute strategic plans.
Administrative Support: assist with key activities and processing of marketing invoices.
