BlitzenX is a specialized Guidewire System Integrator helping insurers execute complex transformations with speed, reliability, and delivery discipline.
We are expanding our net-new logo acquisition team and are looking for individuals who are motivated by ownership, outcomes, and upside.
Role Overview
Drive net-new enterprise opportunities within the Guidewire ecosystem Engage senior insurance technology stakeholders (CIO, VP Engineering, Program Leaders) Develop opportunities across:
Staff augmentation Managed services SOW-based delivery models Own opportunities from initial outreach through revenue realization Compensation Philosophy
This role offers a modest base salary with significant performance-based upside Commission is tied directly to closed and realized revenue Total compensation is designed to reward individuals who consistently produce results This position is best suited for professionals who prefer commission-led compensation and direct accountability for outcomes.
